NetraFlow

Privacy Policy

NetraFlow analyses the videos you send it and reports what it finds. This page describes what we collect to do that, who processes it on our behalf, where it lives, and how long we keep it.

1Who we are

NetraFlow is run by Gravity Software Solution SRL, which is the controller of the personal data described here: the party responsible for it under data protection law. For anything in this policy, including using your rights under section 8, email [email protected].

People who appear in videos our customers submit are a different case. The customer decides what is analysed, so the customer is the controller of that data and we process it only on their behalf (Terms of Service, section 6). If that is you, contact the customer; if you contact us instead, we will pass your request on.

2What we collect

  • Account details — Your name and email address, and the email addresses of people you invite. We never see your password. If you join the waitlist, only your email address.
  • Billing details — Workspace name, billing email and address, tax ID if you give one, plan, and credit balance. Card details stay with our payment provider.
  • Content you submit — Video links and files you upload, creators you follow, questions you ask about a video, and any rating or note you leave on an answer. To analyse a video we extract its audio and frames.
  • Results — Transcripts, summaries, detections, storyboards, and answers, stored in your workspace.
  • Technical records — Usage and credit history, a log of important workspace actions, error reports, and the IP address and browser details that come with each request.
  • How you use the site — Which pages you open and what you click on them, including the text of the button or link and, in the console, your workspace’s name in the page address. We record this without cookies, and without your name or email address.

We need your email address to create an account, and billing details to sell you a plan. Without them we cannot provide those parts of the service.

3Why we use it

  • To provide the service — Running your jobs, storing results, managing your workspace, inviting you from the waitlist, and sending the emails the service needs, such as invitations and alerts about creators you follow. Legal basis: our contract with you, or steps you asked for before one.
  • To bill you — Metering credits, taking payment, and keeping accounting records. Legal basis: our contract, and our legal obligation to keep accounting records.
  • To keep the service working and safe — Fixing errors, checking the quality of results, and preventing abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a reliable and secure service.
  • To improve the product — Seeing which pages and features people use and where they get stuck, so we know what to fix and build next. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the service.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use your content to train AI models. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

4Who we share it with

We use service providers to run NetraFlow. Each acts under contract, only on our instructions, and only for the purpose below:

Product analyticsPages you open and what you click on them, your browser type, and your IP address, which is used only to tell visits apart

Email [email protected] if you need the individual companies named, and we will send you the current list. We also disclose data when the law requires it.

5Where it is stored

Our servers and database are in the European Union. Some providers in section 4 process data outside the EU, mainly in the United States. Those transfers are protected by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or by an adequacy decision, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Email us for a copy of the safeguards.

6How long we keep it

  • Videos, uploaded files, audio, and frames — Deleted 24 hours after the job that used them finishes, or sooner if it fails or is cancelled. A job paused for lack of credit keeps them for up to seven days, then is cancelled and they are deleted.
  • Results, storyboards, close-up frames, questions, and answers — Kept while your workspace exists, so you can come back to them. Close-up frames are the few stills an analysis kept from a video so an answer can show them. Ask us and we will delete them sooner.
  • Deleted workspaces and accounts — Erased within 30 days, except billing records, which we keep for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
  • Error and monitoring records — Deleted after 90 days.
  • Records of how you use the site — Deleted after 12 months.
  • Waitlist — Until we invite you or you ask to be removed.

7Cookies

We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to sign you in, keep the service secure, and remember settings you choose, such as whether the sidebar is open. We use no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, so there is nothing to consent to. Our product analytics (section 2) runs without cookies or browser storage.

8Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to receive it in a portable format, to restrict how we use it, or to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month.

You can also complain to a data protection authority: the one where you live or work, or ours, the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), at dataprotection.ro.

9Children

NetraFlow is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.

10Changes

If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and move the date at the top. Where a change materially affects you, we will email your workspace before it takes effect.
